This is your opportunity to tell me more about you and ask questions to be sure we are a good fit. We will also discuss the best time to schedule your initial appointment.
Nutrition Assessment $80
This one-hour first session is necessary in order to begin nutrition sessions. During this assessment, we will discuss your nutrition/eating history, physical symptoms, and weight history. We will also discuss goals for treatment and your treatment plan.
Follow-up Appointment $50
After the initial nutrition assessment appointment, we will meet for 30 minutes for follow-up sessions. During these sessions we will discuss treatment plan progress, meal planning, nutrition education, improving body image, and future goals. These sessions can be as frequent or infrequent as needed. When first starting, it is recommended that you schedule weekly sessions.
Follow-up Appointment Bundle $285
The Appointment Bundle includes 6 sessions that must be used within four months. Save some money by purchasing a bundle instead of individual sessions!

Appointments can typically be scheduled during normal business hours, in the evenings, or on Saturdays.
Insurance: I can accept Medic, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Healthcare
I accept cash, check, or credit cards. I may also be able to accept your Health Savings Account card.
I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your health insurance company. This does not guarantee reimbursement, but your insurance company may reimburse you for the cost of the session.
WHAT TO EXPECT
During our initial session we will discuss eating patterns, your history with dieting and food rules, exercise habits, and your relationship with food. We will also discuss and set some baseline goals and discuss what you would like to achieve along your journey to making peace with food.
In our follow-up sessions, we will continue to talk about your nutrition and/or exercise care plan and your personal goals. Other areas we may discuss include body image, nutrition questions/concerns, meal planning, intuitive eating, grocery shopping, etc. Recommendations of other additional resources will be given (books, podcasts, articles, referrals). Most importantly, our sessions will be judgement-free and approached with compassion.
